5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full before service begins.
- Prices may change at any time; the rate shown at checkout is your final price.
- We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.
- No refunds are provided after work begins, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
- Overpayments may be issued as account credit, valid for 5 years.
Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit plagiarized, illegal, or harmful content.
- Use our Services to bypass plagiarism detection or commit academic misconduct.
- Share your account to avoid fees.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

- You own the final video—but not any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, music) we include.
- You may share the video publicly (e.g., on YouTube, social media) but may not edit it, sell it, or use it to imply endorsement.
- You must ensure you have rights to use your manuscript content in a video (especially if published by a journal).
We will defend you against third-party claims related to licensed content—as long as you follow these Terms.
8. No Guarantees or Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we:
- Do not guarantee journal acceptance or publication outcomes.
- Do not review scientific validity unless you purchase developmental editing.
- Are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost funding, rejected papers).
- Limit our total liability to the amount you paid us (or $10, whichever is less).
Automated tools (e.g., AI-assisted editing) are aids—not substitutes for human judgment.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Raleigh, NC, under the American Arbitration Association rules—not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
If arbitration is unenforceable, you agree to bring claims only in state or federal courts in Wake County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
Your continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, stop using our website.
